Having struggled with her weight for many years, Katie lost over 80lbs when she learned the power of self love. At the age of 38, having had a baby, Katie was at her highest weight and was fed up. Self love helped her transform her relationship with food, exercise and herself and helped her lose weight and find happiness. She shares her story in the hope that you too can fall in love with yourself and, as a result, achieve the weightloss you desire and deserve.
Love is transformative and fundamentally what this book is all about. Love is a catalyst for dramatic and sustainable change. It's for anyone who feels fed up with themselves and who knows deep down they need to treat themselves better but can't find a way. I aim to help mainly women to lose weight and find self love and happiness. This version of the book is aimed at the UK market, women aged 18+.
