This is a story about love and loss. It takes place in San Diego. The protagonist who has lost her husband to cancer is also diagnosed with cancer and is dealing with her husbands death while getting treatment, losing her home, studying for her own degree and trying to take the law exam so she can find a job. Her husbands ashes are spread in the Pacific Ocean and she goes there standing over a cliff talking to him to feel closer. Her husband also was fond of eagles. I’m an envisioning a cover with a picture of ocean, horizon, a silhouette of a bird like an eagle, sunset or sunrise, and possibly a silhouette of man and woman or a woman staring at the horizon. I am open to suggestions. The book is called remembering Hope. Hope is the name of her husband which is an iranian name that is Omid. This is a male’s name in Iran.
