This is a highly competitive niche so I need something that will stand out. It needs to convey authority and facts. It's not all about what you look like and dropping weight. It's also about being healthy and happy.
What to avoid
My book is already on Amazon with a cover I designed. I now want to replace it with a much better, more professional cover. BUT I'd like some nod to that cover - colour(?) - as some of my reviewers have posted pics of the book. I quite like the idea of a tape measure. If such an image used needs to be showing inches and cms, but tape measure not essential. No scales. It shouldn't look like just a diet book. Not just aimed at women.
