New book or magazine cover wanted for Property Success

We educate, teach, mentor and coach people in the UK to invest in property themselves as well as build property portfolios for clients who require a hands free investment service in the UK.

I would like to create a cover for my first book to include front cover, back cover and spine. The book is written for the UK market so the design needs to be for the UK market. The book will be self published, possibly through create space and will be paper back, there will also be a kindle version and these will be available on amazon. I would like the book cover to ooze: Quality, Knowledge, Wealth, Success, Money/Expensive and Leadership through colours, style and design. I have also attached some pictures of myself which can be used throughout the design. I am leaving the creativity up to the designer to come up with the initial concept to which I can then add some ideas/changes. You can also get design ideas from the pop up banner design attached.
