Art & Design
I am a women's fiction author. This will be my first novel. My target audience is female readers.
What's your vision?
The book is titled the Tenth Year in the Sun, but I prefer the cover to have a metaphoric sun rather than a picture of the sun. I believe radial gradiation would be good, but leave that to the artist. I would love four women arms raised and clasped in a victory stance (one with straight long hair, one with braids, one with a chin length bob and one with curly hair) while the are in the ocean facing the sun. In the waves, ahead of the ladies I would like the Gye Nyame adinkra symbol shadowed into the water. The Gye Nyame symbol is required and the sun, beach is required.
This attachment embodies the kind of woman that I would love to see depicted. Thank you. I am attaching more images as a guide.
