The Most Effective and Healthy Smartphone Habits
Dominika Heyda was raised in Stockholm, Sweden. She has a Master of Behavioral Science from Malardalens University and has been working in the field for over a decade. Dominika’s dedication to her craft sets her apart from her peers, she continues developing her craft while focusing on stress management, work-life coaching, individual placement and support. Her true passion lies in helping those with mental illnesses. Dominika strives to learn as much about her clients as possible in order to help find the right method and approach to helping them. She thrills at the opportunity of changing people’s lives for the better. By discovering the reasons her clients don’t feel well, Dominika knows she can better formulate how to fix their problems. Central to her current thinking is the debilitating trend of cell phone usage. Dominika has noticed how using your phone too much leads to increased impacts on mental wellbeing.
My first book that helps people coach themselves to manage their smartphone use: "This book will help you understand tech addiction by exploring the latest research on how smartphones affect our well-being. It will reveal what makes us so addicted to our phones and suggest various methods and strategies to overcome our screen time addiction." I use lots of examples from my practice with clients.
Men and woman between ages 25-24 that are into personal growth or popular psychology.
A clean bookcover, with a bit of color pop, maybe with the top of a smartphone at the bottom or in the background, a bit discrete. Gender neutral colors. I'm open to ideas that represent the title of the book.
