The Sensible Fitness Program
A multi-talented Lifestyle & Wellness Coach with infinite resourcefulness and passion for improving the lives of others. I consider myself a true problem-solver by nature. I believe that the key to not only achieving but also maintaining a healthy and prosperous lifestyle – is to play the long game. One of my main missions in life is bringing this important concept across.
The no. 1 practical solution to getting into the best shape of your busy life – and to be in the ideal position to keep things that way, or better – to continue progressing. Through SFP, my greatest wish is for readers to finally have that superior and sustainable way-of-life most people only dream of – as long as they want it badly enough.
Frustrated people (early-adulthood to middle-aged) who're too busy and too distracted to keep in shape; and who're tired of the mainstream fitness industry's usual empty promises about what exactly it takes to finally get into healthy good shape.
I'd like a cover that conveys a serious, honest and supportive tone. Although I like simplistic fonts like Avenir, Verdana and Tahoma, I am open to suggestions. Similarly with imagery. I have included a picture of me taken near a pool, which could be incorporated – depending on expert graphic design advice and input. Lastly, although I'm also open to colors, I do have orange, silver and dark blue as theme colors in my business logo.
What to avoid
My focus when it comes to fitness is on real, enjoyable and sustainable living. Lifestyle-friendly. The visual setting should probably avoid any gym equipment.
