Do Not Ask Me What I Am
As a bi-racial person of color, who presents in a very ethnically ambiguous way, I was often asked the question " So what are you?" This book is my response.
A collection of poetry dedicated to Black and Brown People Of Color. Drawing specifically from my own experiences, in hopes that others incessantly asked "what they are" might feel seen, heard, and know that they don`t owe anyone an answer.
POC, young adults, teens
Book cover type
I would like the title of the book and my author name to be written in simple white font, in the upper right-hand corner of the book. I will be attaching an image I would like to serve as the cover.
