Storytelling in the Boardroom
Bruce R. Gabrielle
Bruce Gabrielle is author of Speaking PowerPoint: the New Language of Business and Storytelling with Graphs: a New Approach Beyond Data Visualization. Bruce is president of Insights Works, a market research firm specializing in the high technology industry where he regularly presents to executive audiences. Bruce leads workshops for Fortune 500 companies on how to use PowerPoint, graphs and storytelling together to communicate clearly and persuasively.
This is a business communications book showing how storytelling can be a better tool than logic/analysis for some situations such as: motivating, coaching, team-building, overcoming objections, giving difficult feedback, overcoming biases, etc.
Business leaders at the director level and above who manage teams and are responsible for coaching, motivating, selling ideas. So probably 30-50 year old, college-educated, ambitious, successful.

Other color requirements
I like blue/grey because it has some warmth along with business gravitas. I also find myself surprised and delighted by orange.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their book cover.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
bruceg0 collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Really pleased with this design. Rinka3000 kept coming up with new concepts, improving them, worked very hard to come up with the winning design. She used her own creativity, not Shutterstock, to design a one-of-a-kind unique book cover. Very very pleased.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
