I want to get across the idea that the clients coming on my courses
are themselves 'Bright Owls' - they are putting thought and colour
into their preparation for parenthood... I like the idea of owls
sitting in a tree, or on the logo words, and also of several owls with
different colours/personalities reflecting the multi-national
clientele I work with. I don't want it too cutesy - I prefer a more
'folklore' type design. I guess I am looking for a balance between
sophistication and whimsy - I don't want it to look like it is
designed for a children's nursery.
I have made a pinterest board with owl designs and colour schemes I
like -https://www.pinterest.com/nicola2201/owl-tree/. I also run yoga
sessions and will be buying the vintage cushions shown below to use in
classes - plus probably some of the mugs below too! So something
similar would be good. The other aspect which I would be interested to
see drawn out is the pregnancy aspect - although I don't know how easy
it would be to draw a pregnant owl?! I attach below my existing logo
for info below, plus another group I am involved with. I also attach a
few photos I particularly like... plus a photo of a scarf showing the
colour scheme I want to use. I might consider having the same logo in
several different colour ways.
