Design a respectful logo and brand identity that keeps youth away from drugs

”Narkotikafritt Gotland” (drug free Gotland) is a brand new Swedish company. We will use drug sniffing dogs to keep our island ”Gotland” (biggest island in the Baltic Sea EU with about 60 000 citizens and during the summer our island is very, very popular for tourists. We have about 600 000 tourist during the summer) clean from drugs. We will have drug sniffing dogs on our ferry’s, in airport, marinas, restaurants etc. We will be financing by our local companies (in the future when we have prove that the project works we do hope that our government will finance it).

We would like to have a brand identity that give us and our dogs respect. We would like to be visible when we are out in night clubs etc. Therefore we discuss to wear something like “neon jackets” etc. The drug users should see us clearly and be scared/show us respect. But the ordinary citizens and tourists should not be afraid of us. We will be walking around where there are lots of people.
