"Chi Dog" is a fresh, lightly cooked whole food diet for dogs. The diet will be delivered weekly via our e-commerce site or may be purchased though retail locations. Our fresh food for dogs will be set apart from our competition because it is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. This discipline uses character traits to determine an animal's Constitution. The 5 different Constitutions will be described by our website. We want the "Chi Dog" logo to have an eastern flair with the image of a dog. We want the logo to have an eastern feel and have considered using the yin/yang symbol and paint brush-like font for the name. We are attracted to the more linear art look for the drawing of the dog and wanted the dog for the logo to resemble one of our founder's dogs, Niki, who I've attached pictures of. We were even considering accentuating her current markings (black and white) to make her face appear yin/yang-like. We would like to stick as close to the colors green, black and white as possible.
We DO want an:
-Image of a dog in the logo (as close to Niki's appearance as possible)
-Yin/yang in the logo (possibly the markings on Niki's face resembling a yin/yang, even if not obvious at first glance)
-More of a natural feel to the logo, using portrait like art for the dog image
-We like the feel of portrait like imagery incorporating lines (such as the art used on portraits on US currency)
-We like eastern/chinese style fonts (paintbrush fonts)
-We need to logo to impart food for dogs (whether its through imagery or through the tag line)
-A premium/quality feel
-We want to incorporate green, black and white into the logo... the green to impart the feeling of freshness (like a green leaf, etc...)
We DO NOT want:
-The logo to look too busy with the tag line (we are willing to accept a logo with or without a tag line)
-The yin/yang image in it's original depiction
-Any Chinese/eastern symbolism which is not easily recognizable or too foreign looking as most of our market will be US based
-The use of any constitution symbols in the logo

Peaceful, Zen look
The above Font Images are of the font names themselves. They can be downloaded on https://elements.envato.com/ if needed. We would like as many variations as you can provide utilizing a possible bamboo style leaf in the image but removing the Chinese symbol. The new tag line is "Elements of Balance". Thank you!
