Real Estate company that is hyper focused on Property Management only, not sales. Our target audience is 35-55 year old Sophisticated, intelligent working professionals. These could be owner occupiers that are moving and wish to rent out their primary residence all the way to real estate investors with more than one investment property . Most homes are at the "upper end" of their market.
Seeking a modern, elegant, timeless design in regards to look and feel. Minimalists, Nourish to be the main larger word eg emphasys on this word with property in a smaller text size. can be modern eg by playing with the first two letters NP as the main image or preferably just the N creatively done. Nourish Property's mission is to assist our clients with the growth of their property portfolios should it there first investment property (the family home) or a sophisticated investor that is seeking personalised service from property investors (ourselves the business founders husband and wife team) As growth is our mission if possible to incorporate this in some capacity. Along the idea line of to grow and to nourish, growth of wealth, a tree leaf, etc.
