Provide talent and HR services to organizations in media, tech, advertising, comms, start ups, consumer goods, and more to help them attract, develop and retain the best people to their organizations. Examples include HR strategy, recruitment for open roles, org design, job descriptions and interview guides, trainings, facilitating workshops, executive coaching and more! I called it Talent Unicorn because I am a talent unicorn in that I’ve seen and done it all and having me come into their org is like seeing a unicorn grateful to have them there to help! Also in talent we call unicorns hard to find amazing talent and I will be helping them with that, especially as it’s so hard to find good people right now!

I would love something that stands out and makes us come across different and innovative and cool/hip but professional as well so we can attract companies across all different organizations. This is my first business after getting burnt out from corporate America as a Talent Exec for years and this has always been my dream - thank you so much for making it happen! I am excited that I am a female business owner which is why I’m not afraid of the color palate skewing towards the purples and pinks and aquas (sorry gender stereotype) as I’m proud of that but don’t want anything new too childish looking so it’ll be a bit of a balance but also very open to your thoughts and ideas!!!
