Invitation to Host Hackathon

We sell video game design programming courses to schools and school districts so their students can engage in STEM learning.

We need a one-page card/invitation that we will distribute electronically to our teachers. The event is an after-school hackathon challenge, which will take place at their (user's) school, and last between two-to-three weeks. This invite will offer the key points (who, what, where, why, and how) only. It is meant to engage our teachers and peak their interest enough to reach out for further steps/instructions.

I want the invitation to be "gamey and fun," with minimal wording but straight-to-the-point information/text. I have included a very basic word document to help provide the wording and images (color scheme). This doc is, by no means, a suggestion for format. I am open to creative renditions and improvisation! That said, the video game image and company name + logo are a must, somewhere on the invitation.
