Character/Mascot for digital marketing brand

We are looking for a character/mascot (a human character- both a male and a female) for ScaleOn brand in 2-3 different positions: In thinking/working mode (at laptop) With a pointing hand Working at a whiteboard or holding a clipboard The character should be: Approachable, friendly (not childish), geeky, fun, easy going. It should transmit: “This is easy”, “We’ve got you covered”, “We know what we’re doing and we’re having fun with it”. Characters with or without facial hair are fine (a beard would be cool!) The final assets should be sent in .ai and png format. Please include color and black and white versions as we'll want to see both. Potentially you could include the circle design from the ScaledOn logo on the body/clothes of the mascot- see the Scaledon image below. The ScaledOn logo should also serve as a reference as to the color scheme we are looking for- Red, black and white.
