Design our team family tree for graduation day!

This is a personal development and leadership training program. This project represents the upcoming graduates.

I need a tree designed similar to the family tree in my reference file. I want it to look very similar, and with a few changes: It is actually not a family tree, but a tree for a group project for our leadership teams. See attachments for more details: Each team will be represented by a larger branch off the trunk (5 branches total) with the members represented by the large white circles per team (three teams have six memebers and two teams have five memebers...so 3 branches with 6 white circles and 2 branches with 5 white circles). The roots will be our staff's names (5 circle roots total). The trunk will have our trainer's names (3 larger circles total). Somewhere around the tree it needs to have this statement: "WE, HCL30, ARE COMMITTED TO CREATING LOVE, ACCEPTANCE, CONNECTION, COURAGE AND BEAUTY." Once the tree is designed I will handwrite in the names of everyone in myself. I only need the tree itself designed. I think sizing 1024 x 768 px will be sufficient. I need enough white space around the tree for people to sign their names on it.
