About to publish stories for children

I require an illustration for my story about a three and a half legged fox terrier who becomes a jockey accidentally and goes on to become a world famous jockey. The illustration would have Lucky (the dog) in a saddle atop of a black mare Bardot as they race toward the finishing line. Lucky has his tongue hanging out, ears pinned back, swimming goggles on and gripping onto the saddle with his front one and a half legs. The reader age is around 10. The story initially starts on a horse stud and then takes place on race tracks around the world. The duo become a media phenomenon.
