Redesign of training models and concept diagrams

we develop and deliver niche training programs to elite areas of government and private sector using the latest in scientific research

We have recently revamped a number of our training programs an das result we need to modify two of our conceptual model diagrams to better reflect the process they represent. They will be used in online programs (html 5), powerpoint, word documents and commercial advertising materials.

We have already tried this with other designers who have only seemed to redo the diagrams without being able to accurately express their required process. We are more interested in a ability to technically represent models and concepts than how nice it looks.We need to talk before work starts.
