Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I live in a high-end neighborhood (house average $1MM+) some homes are new, sleek and modern and others are older, some upkeep but geriatric looking and some just need a refresh with ATX vibes in mind. Meet client, listen and consult after getting a feel for their thoughts (if they have any) and build a relationship before moving forward. Some clients may not need 3D renderings. My second book of business will come from high performance Real Estate Agents and Brokers. They may not have time to coach or manage their clients progress of “Exterior Staging” and that’s where I come in. I can help with my product offering as well. There are several “Interior Stagers” but nothing like “Exterior Staging”. Simple changes can make the home more inviting, and the goal is to get multiple offers over ask. Austin, TX is very hilly, I desire a modern and sleek design with 2-3 colors max. Not too busy since I have a lot going on with the name....

I like the structure of the logo, more modern font in grey to symbolize concrete, unique and colorful green like turf as bullet color and a few modern hills as the picture on top of the company name....sophisticated, modern, FUN!
For my Selected Industry, I cover a multitude of offerings so not just Architecture, but also: Art & Design, Consulting, Construction, Landscaping. Austin is very “hilly” and outdoorsy and high end homes are modern with ATX vibes in mind. My job could be as simple as stoning or stuccoing a plain mailbox on a cedar post or building a modern stone wall or fence, etc. the possibilities are endless.
