jruthven63 got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Black Calla needs a logo to convey mystery & elegance
Check out jruthven63's Logo design contest…
It is a holding company, family trust - the business holds equity investments and a rural property.
Black Calla is a lily [flower] - which in its purest form is almost black, with a black stamen. Ideally, I am looking for a sophisticated, abstract of the flower - a very simple image, Apple like. The black calla lily is given to convey mystery and elegance. Greek legend has it, that the lily was formed when drops of the goddess Hera's breast milk fell to earth - after she had given birth to Hercules, son of Zeus.

And then… they selected a winner!
For my logo design, Sataji was very responsive, demonstrated a good technical understanding of design principles, understood how to create a corporate image, had a very professional approach, was empathetic and able to assist through the design process in a very supportive way. An impressive individual who gave a really great client experience.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
