lizziebreyer got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Consulting firm Minnie & Mercury needs to show some personality!
Check out lizziebreyer's Logo design contest…
Marketing & brand strategy consulting firm. My primary area of focus is food companies and other culinary businesses (restaurants, etc), although I most likely will not be exclusively limited to those areas.
The origin of the name: Mercury is the god of communication and commerce, which aligns nicely with my background in journalism and business. Minerva is the goddess of wisdom, and Minneapolis is where I am based, so Minnie is a nice double nod to those! The two keywords I would use to describe myself and what I offer as a consultant are storyteller and connector. Mercury is often shown with winged shoes, so that could be one thing to incorporate in the design? Definitely not a mandatory.
