How paulabirdviolin started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a music (violin) teacher with a focus on teaching with the Suzuki Method of Talent Education. I write a popular blog about this. My catch phrase is "where we change the world -- one child, one family, one community at a time." I am about to start a podcast and youtube channel as well and publish a digital course. I target parents and music teachers of small children.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
Oranges: Creativity, adventure and happiness.
Yellows: Energy, intellect, fun and youth.

I envisioned the "S" in Suzuki as being a music treble clef and the last "i" in "Suzuki" being a musical note (upside down 8th note). I like the blue color with the orangish/salmon contrast and possible yellow highlighting, but I'm open to professionals' suggestions for sure. I like playful, fun, colorful ideas. I wondered if I should include my name somehow (Paula E. Bird) or maybe include that somewhere else? Like "Teach Suzuki . . . with Paula" or something like that. My products are all digital and the design will be used in web applications.
