fvice got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Create a logo for a Louisiana based farm
Check out fvice's Logo design contest…
We have a field with fruit trees (mostly persimmon trees), and would like to sell these fruits. We want a logo that can be used for farm signs (like on business card or property sign) and fresh fruit package labeling. Our field is based out of Louisiana, USA so we want to see a connection to Louisiana in the design by maybe having sugar canes.
We found an old Spanish coin in the field, 2 reales (see example here http://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces14865.html) and would like to have this in the design, as well as persimmons and mossy oak trees that are typical of Louisiana landscape. We want two options for the name: - 2 Reales Farms - 2 Reales Hacienda You can use the same design and just show with the two names.
