Very happy with the end result! We started with a few different rough examples to choose a general direction, then iteratively refined one choice.
I especially liked the "in-action" shots of the logo - I think they were called mock-up?

We are a management consultancy that specialises in the divestment of small to medium enterprises (SME's). We focus on working with current business owners who want to exit their companies. With the majority of SME's transitioning to sale over the next decade, we provide the resources and expertise necessary to assist in the transfer of business ownership to the next generation of business entrepreneurs.
Our target market is owners of SME's with most of these being family businesses. Family Businesses account for approx 70% of all Australian businesses, the majority of which will transition from one set of owners to the next as the baby boomer generation retires.
