Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a non-profit, all volunteer, foster based companion animal rescue organization. The animals in our care come from municipal shelters, animal control groups and open admission shelters in the local Twin Cities area and throughout greater Minnesota. We focus on rescuing these "at risk" homeless, neglected or abused companion animals and placing them in loving permanent homes. We take a multi-faceted approach to finding permanent , stable and loving homes for our rescued animals; they are fostered in a home environment, evaluated for temperament, and many receive basic training to help make them better companions for the people who will ultimately adopt them. We are dedicated to helping reduce overpopulation, abuse and neglect of companion animals and unwarranted euthanasia. We want our brand to appeal to individuals interested in fostering and/or adopting animals in need, volunteering or donating to also assist in rescuing and placing at-risk animals. Therefore, our target audience would be compassionate animal lovers.

I would like logo variations that can include our tagline "Save a life today" and also one that doesn't. It will need to convey clearly in both color and black and white and be able to be used in print and digital formats well. One or more animals will need to be incorporated into the logo design to reinforce our core mission and better convey the meaning behind The Rescue Crew name. At least one animal must be of the look of a Pit Bull-Type dog (see accompanying files). Imagery can be somewhat playful, but not overly cartoonish. (Please note: copy in PowerPoint attachment is draft copy - only attached for color and visual example as to how brand vision may come to be).
