Tasa is a very talented designer and she is very professional. She worked on my project from the start with patience to get it exactly how I wanted. She has great vision for designs and can incorporate the exact feel you are looking for and she will work until she gets it right. I will def be working with her again in the future!

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Collarist is a company that makes artisanal luxury collars for dogs and cats. Collars are made to perfection by talented Mexican artisans using high end materials. Each collar has a handmade colorful centerpiece made out of threads which is then carefully stitched to the premium leather to give it a unique design. Our collars will be sold online with the focus of reaching out to retail pet stores. Our target audience are pet owners aged 20-40 who treat their loved ones with pride and respect and always look for ways to keep them comfortable, unique and in style. In the near future, our company will add some other handmade colorful accessories like leashes, harnesses, treat pouches, waste bag pouches, etc. We want our Logo to incorporate the richness and vibrant colors of the collars as well as the quality and craftsmanship behind them.

General design guidelines:
-We prefer minimalist flat designs that are clean, simple, bold and stylish.
-Silhouettes, outlines and clean lines are preferred.
-We want to be able to put the logo on ID tags, charms, hardware, clothing tags, etc.
-Having a representation of a dog/cat in the logo is not necessary, however, if you want to include it just make sure the dog/cat looks stylish.
-Do not use gradients/fades or drop shadows.
-Having the ability for the logo to be placed on a white or black background (with only swapping the text or the entire color if monochrome) is preferred.
-Photographic/realistic imagery in the logo is not preferred.
Please see attached images of Logos that we like so you can use them as a reference for the designs. We have also attached a picture with the handmade centerpieces for the collars to give you an idea of how the collar is going to look like.
We can’t wait to see your ideas!
