WHERE WILL THE LOGO BE USED?
The logo will be printed on cosmetic jars and bottles — it must be simple enough to be printed very small OR have simplified version.
It will also be used in printed brochures, and online for social media marketing and our website.
The product is based on science so you could pay homage to science in the logo. I'd like to see clean lines, good use of space, and an overall well-balanced and proportioned logo.
We've put together a Pinterest board to give you an idea of the style we're after: https://au.pinterest.com/krystalfis…care-logo/
The logo could include an image of a bow (https://www.google.com.au/search?q=…isch&q=bow). You can play around with the idea of blending this with the infinity symbol (∞), the DNA double helix (https://www.google.com.au/search?q=…uble+helix), a chemical structure (https://www.google.com.au/search?q=…+structure), or any other ideas you can come up with.
These are just suggestions so feel free to play around and come up with your own ideas. It’s the overall look and feel that will make this come together. Please see the references in the Pinterest board.
Don’t try to go for too many themes or elements at once, keep the design simple and elegant.
WHAT TO AVOID
• No girly flourishes or cliche logos
• No silhouettes of a body
• No cursive handwriting fonts (real handwritten text might be ok but I can spot fonts a mile away)
• No photos, gradients or textures
