5280badger got their new logo design by running a design contest:
GREENDOOR needs a fun logo for a new social network!!
Check out 5280badger's Logo design contest…
1) This is a social network for audiences discussing trends and topics around legalized and medicinal cannabis. 2) We want a logo that is youthful and fun that appeals to 18-35 year olds. 3) It should be inviting that embraces the idea of "entering your world," where others can meet like minded people. 4) Important: Since this social network is primarily accessible via mobile apps (like the the facebook app), the logo must also allow the adaption into a mobile app icon. a) Designers should provide both a wordmark logo (Greendoor spelled out in a unique font/shape), and b) an abbreviated version that can made into a mobile app icon (rounded square on a smartphone).
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors: Greens: Growth, harmony and success.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their logo design.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
5280badger collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
