I have nothing but great things to say about this designer. They have been nothing short of amazing. Not only was the logo EXACTLY the perfect design, but they were super patient with me. I had a lot of requests, and each time they said "no problem" and had it done and sent. Very easy to work with this designer, and super thankful that they excepted my invitation to my contest. Special thanks to this designer, and I'll be back in touch when and if other needs arise!

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are an express car wash looking for a slick look that is often not found in the industry these days.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.
Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.

We have an existing logo that we like a lot, but we need a designers touch to help us finish it. I will upload the existing logo. We really prefer the square logo/box version (boxblue.pdf), but I have also uploaded a horizontal version (bluehorizontal.pdf). (We want to use this logo and do not want to start from scratch. Also, we are pretty committed to the existing font selection for "MATT'S", but we are open to font ideas for "EXPRESS WASH"...something clean and simple.) Further, we are looking to make the existing pop more and look more complete perhaps through adding additional color(s), dimension, etc. We want the logo to look clean, sharp, and sophisticated. The logo will be displayed on all of the traditional marketing materials, but most importantly, it will also be the main image for all of our building signage. Thus, it needs to work well with signage applications such as backlit sign faces, channel letters, etc., which means color choices are important. More specifically, we might like to explore having a solid gradient with a wave-like look within the text of "MATT'S". I will also upload an example ($3 Express Wash logo) of what this looks like on a different logo that we like (we would like to maybe stick with shades of blue for solid letter gradient, but we could be open to other options.) However, that idea is just a thought, and we are open to any ideas that will help make the logo POP.
