We have to rework an existing trademark logo, because trademark is changing from "LUDIS CHARMING INSTINCT" into "LUDIS CONCEPT"

The new logo has to be completely different to the existing logo, except the font of "LUDIS" can (but not neccessary) be
like the existing one.
We imagine an clear, elegant logo with main colors black and white, but all suggestions are welcome.
