How My, That's Good started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
My, That's Good Soap Company
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We sell handmade soap that is vegan, natural, and simple. We make it a point to label it and sell it honestly. Our target audience is 25-45 years old and has a preference for natural/vegan/vegetarian goods. Our soap is unapologetically rustic and useble and not as stylized and pretty as others in the market. It does smell really good, though.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Cosmetics & Beauty
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Greens: Growth, harmony and success.
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.
Black: Because I think it looks neat.
But really, your imagination is better than mine. Go crazy with any color and do something awesome.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Thanks for working on this design. Go crazy. I'm open to anything, whether it's simple or complex, serious or whimsical. Maybe even a mascot of some sort. Thanks again! I'm attaching my current logo to this. I designed it myself, and I know you can do better!
Note added during day #1: I see a lot of designers using leaves in their designs. This is cool, but I'd love to see more without leaves. I'm concerned that leaf logos are too common in the natural product market place. That being said, I still like the leaves, so if you have a neat leaf idea, go for it!
