I chose Idan.Kaelan as my winning designer because not only was the work spot-on, but so too was the work ethic and the process of working wiht this designer. Idan paid close attention to my brief in order to hit the mark strategically. This designer also asked for feedback, and worked hard to create alternate versions to meet my requests as well as surprising me with new approaches. I would highly recommend this designer!

Organization is a Branding and Marketing consultancy.
Target audience is B-to-B (Clients of companies or brands that hire my company to help them create/define brand voice, brand architecture, brand and marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships that align with their core brand values, etc.

"Brandescence" was intentionally chosen to be a play on the words "Brand + Essence" and "Candescence" (glowing/shining). A Brand's essence is that intangible attribute that is the core DNA or core value of a brand. It SHINES through everything the brand does from a communications perspective and defines how consumers think/feel about that brand (i.e., REI = Adventure; Disney = Magical). I am considering a tagline like "Shine Bright" or "Shine Through" - but will not include in the logo for now.
Look & Feel:
Clean, Contemporary, Convey this element of 'glowing/shining/radiant/brilliant' without being over-the-top. It should be polished vs. too playful.
Initial use will be on business cards and stationary, on LinkedIn, etc.
