Little Stark is all about education in a fun manner. The named is derived from Tony Stark from Iron Man and Johannes Stark the physics nobel prize winner.
It is to become the go-to-destination for schools & parents of the middle to middle-upper socio-economic class who want to prepare their children ages 4-14 for the new economy by providing a fun and engaging interdisciplinary approach to learning where rigorous academic concepts are coupled with real-world lessons as students apply STEAM (Science, technology, engineering, arts, math) in contexts that make connections between school, community, work and the global enterprise enabling the development of 21st century skills to compete in the new economy.
Little Stark will provide project-based, pedagogically relevant learning environments that will give the students opportunities to connect academic content to the real world by actively engaging them in designing solutions and models to solve everyday problems. The engineering design process is built using the main learning theories that drive STEM Education such as: inquiry-based learning, situated learning, problem-based learning, and constructivism.
