Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Hawaii Performance Technology is an expansion of our existing company BSM Performance. We are Hawaii's leading performance tuning facility for domestic hotrods and muscle cars.
While we consider ourselves a full service performance shop, but we are definitely "function over form" kind of guys. We are known for making Horsepower and lots of it. We specialize in custom programming and dyno tuning on forced induction vehicles (supercharged, turbocharged, etc.).
We have always been a small, service oriented business, but we are planning to capitalize on our 13+ years in the business and use our vendor relations to expand our Parts Sales through E-Commerce. So we will be utilizing this logo to brand ourselves. I will be building an online presence in many ways around the feel of this logo. We will be using our logo on printed and digital media, staff uniforms, merchandise and custom car parts.
Our target audience would be gear heads of course, but primarily those in and around the underground (and mostly illegal) street racing scene.

I've attached 3 color schemes that interest me, but please do not let that limit you. I'm not very creative, so I am very open to suggestions and new ideas.
If possible, I'd like to stay away from the cliche auto designs that incorporate gauges, checkered flags, and the like, unless it is done in a different way then the norm. I did attach one file to showcase a design that I liked, but it was mainly for the use of opposing fonts.
