Logo Needed for Fishing Lure company

We are looking for an all-purpose logo in a vector format (preferably a layered psd file). It should be suitable for multiple uses, including the web, print, t-shirts, etc. It should look good both in color and black&white. Payment can be made by PayPal only.

Our logo should be hip, fun and not take itself too seriously. See below for some of our slogans. The color scheme should match the website: orange and green (#FF9F00 and #609D04 is what is used). If you want to play around with variations of those colors, that is fine.
