Business Model: Our business is about helping people feel like themselves, which often times, in a busy world, is easy to forget. We provide beauty services to people at their residence, office or hotel. We specialize in nails, hair care and makeup, and also provide pampering services such as massage.
Problem we solve: we solve the problem of basic beauty needs/maintenance by bringing these services to women who would otherwise not go, mostly b/c they can’t leave the house or feel too guilty or don’t/can’t get help to watch the kids
Value we bring: We bring service of convenience, environmentally conscious products that promote health/well being
Our message: We teach that it is possible with a little creativity for a woman to take care of herself, in-stride with her day, and feel good about spending the money to do so. I provided tips/tricks to make her days easier/ more comfortable/efficient.
Audience: we serve women who are pregnant and/or new mom’s, women who are too busy to make time to go somewhere to have their beauty needs met. These women understand and know the value of taking care of themselves and they have the financial means to pay a premium
The emotional connection: I want people to hear the name and think service convenient, kindness, empathy (without being too gooey) and know they can take the time without feeling guilty, pressed or stretched or even further behind in their day.
