I like the layout and design of http://www.alawar.com/ however it's not dress up themed. Here are some examples for the theme is dressupwho.com and i-dressup.com.

Main Page:

The layout for alawar.com is great, just dress up theme of course,the colors of http://dressupwho.com/ are nice.

Game Page:

The layout of http://www.dressupwho.com/games/128…-pooh.html is best, with a space for comments, and ratings etc.

Logo:

Has to be something fun , I was thinking some kind of character through clothes around or trying some on. Get creative , I'm open minded just remember to think "Dressup Mix"
