Loquere, Domine, quia audit servus tuus.

The Mill Brook School helps parents educate boys in grades 3 through 8, emphasizing a love for truth, beauty, and excellence using the the treasures of Western civilization, all with a Catholic ethos.

We are looking to develop a coat of arms that captures key elements of our vision:
1. Love of God
2. Love of the Vigin Mary
3. Gratitude for our pioneers, founders, and benefactors
4. The importance of virtues - theological and cardinal
5. The importance of knowledge - faith and reason

Upper elements:

Falcon = Prudence, keen vision, speed, Shakespeare
Rose = Mary, hope, joy, grace, beauty

Middle elements:
Upper left – Black elm branch with 5 gold leaves leaves on a blue background.
Upper right - gold and black beehive surrounded by 7 gold and black bees on a blue background.
Lower - black cross moline on gold background.
Entire shield divided by a silver chevron outlined in black brick.

Elm branch = Life, strength, woods, growth, Boston Liberty Tree, New England
5 Elm leaves = 5 wounds of Christ, 5 senses, mysteries of the Rosary
Beehive = Industriousness
7 Bees = 3 Theological and 4 Cardinal virtues
Chevron = Fortitude, stone wall
Cross = Jesus
Moline = mill

Lower elements:
Motto: silver scrolled black words "Loquere, Domine, quia audit servus tuus", with a red horn centered below.
