How irati started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We want to empower women trough combat fitness. 1820 has the willingness of bringing out the lioness in every woman. We want to create clothes for strong women for combat sports and fitness, through which we will create a community of powerful women. We want to leave back barbie stereotypes. Our clothes won't change the world, but the women who will wear it yes.
We want to create a safe space for the fat, the short, the black, the muslim, the tomboy, the thin... for the underestimated, judged and abused woman. We do it for those that are still here and those that will come, but mainly for those that aren't here anymore.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?

We imagine something feminine but strong at the same time. Please no pink/purple..
1820 is the bith-year of the first woman going to university in Spain because she dressed up as a man. This is very meaningful for us and that's why 1820 is key in the logo.
The logo is going to appear in all the clothes, from hoodies and bottles to kimonos and rash-guards. Being the key element for the whole brand image and style.
