Pianodile
Dile up your piano chops
Pianodile sells a collection of software applications to help music students with skills at the piano keyboard, including note recognition, harmony recognition, scales and rhythm. The target audience is aged middle school through early college. The majority of our decision makers will be administrators for music programs in public schools or university teachers. We are looking to strike a balance between playfulness and seriousness. The applications are instructional with visual feedback but do not involve gameplay.
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Greens: Growth, harmony and success.
Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.
Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.
Should incorporate "piano" and "crocodile" (thus the name "pianodile"). Hoping for something that will work well as a logo on a website but can also be used in some format as an app icon. The core graphic should look good in sizes ranging from file icon to full screen. As stated in the organization description, we are looking to strike a balance between playfulness and seriousness.
