Second time we are working together and the experience has been lovely as the first time! A real pleasure to work with!

It was such a pleasure to work with Leo. He's a responsive professional who is knowledgeable, endlessly positive and flexible. He consumed the design brief, explored the nature of the organization and entered into a conversation with us about the design. His ability to communicate at every phase of this design process, (which can at times feel very nameless and faceless) was extremely beneficial and his helpful technical guidance (about 99designs and design in general) was a plus. When it came to the back and forth about designs, he let us in on his thoughts about the direction of his designs, which would inevitably show his deep reflection on the subject matter. At the same time he prioritized our needs and desires that showed us we were first when it came to the design. Leo accepted criticism and direction with confidence, enthusiasm and helpful creativity that was truly a benefit to our effort. All of these things set him apart from the pack of designers who responded to our contest. It is easy to recommend Leo, I would happily work with him again.
