State Capitol Watch is the overall umbrella organization. It is a website-database that will allow any state to track what's going on in their state legislature by legislator. This includes bills the legislator sponsors, descriptions of all bills, all votes, bios of the legislators, score card to track legislators, etc. It will also have an analytical capacity to use by campaigns to understand various legislators and how they work in the legislature. This is a good government website that will enable people to track their legislators honestly, with a non partisan view.

Colorado CApitol Watch uses this data base for Colorado. We would like to use the State Capitol Watch logo for Colorado Capitol Watch and be able to make it available for any other state. We also need a banner. The banner would have : Let their be light!
