We had over 221 logos sent in by 53 designers. We have many business partners here at one2one all watching this contest plus we posted the designs for comments on our Facebook page where we have over 8000 watchers. #23 as this logo was known to us was a favorite from the start. We tweaked the font a bit at the end - we now have a new worldwide logo. Thanks so much - Pete

Smurf Creative did a great, professional job and I'm very happy with the logo!
Cube.92 was very willing and very helpful to create what we were looking for in a logo.
During this process we asked for several alterations in order to make it just right and Cube was accomodating at every stage of this contest. Thanks for your hard work.

We are producing video tutorials for knitting under the German name "StrickZeit".
The target group is between 35 - 45 years old and has average income. Wool producing industry is marketing wool products to become more fashionable and more individual.
I need this logo in a first step for the beginning and end titles of the videos and for my youtube account. Further on I will use it for facebook and as app icon/ web page. Therefore I was thinking to have a logo, which has the shape of an app icon. The logo should be a combination between the name and a design. "StrickZeit" is German and literally translates into "KnittingTime". The videos will be posted on the web first in German and in a second step in English and Turkish. The Logo must therefore be modifiable with a different English and Turkish title, which is not known yet. ConsequentIy the graphic/design part of the logo should be emphasized so it is recognizable when English and Turkish language tutorials are launched. I know it is challenging so focus on the German version first.
If you are looking for a living example of tutorials (not mine!) go to http://www.ravelry.com and http://www.verypink.com. The last one is just to give you a sense how tutorials look lik. Mine are a little different. They start with my hand putting 3 yellow post-its (name, level and subject) on the bluegrey table. On the post - its I wrote the topic of the tutorial and the skill level (beginner, advanced, etc.). The tutorials show only my hands and and the knitting work.
