TyreFox allows consumers in the United Arab Emirates to browse and purchase a wide selection of car tyres online. There's nothing sexy about car tyres and most people consider purchasing new tyres for their car to be a hassle and an inconvenience.
I'm trying to make the experience more pleasurable for people by injecting a little bit of good design, honesty and convenience into the experience.
My target audience consists primarily of men (~80%) and the largest age group is by far the 25-34 segment (~50%), with the second largest being the 35-44 segment (~25%).
1/3 of my customers are not sure what they're looking for and want to be presented with options. Another 1/3 of my customers are price sensitive and are looking for the best prices. As such my branding needs to reflect trust and transparency.
People come to my website because they're looking for 3 things:
- A convenient, hassle free tyre shopping experience
- Transparency of pricing and service
- A trustworthy, friendly source of information and advice
