Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Mental health issues run in my family, and I have struggled with mental health & wellbeing for my entire life.
Finding balance in these areas is I’m deeply passionate about, and I want to be able to help others do the same, too. I'm aiming to share stories of real people who struggle survive and thrive. We'll dig into their “survival toolkits”, and uncover the principles they use to manage their mental health and general wellbeing.
The audience would be 18-30-year-old males/females who struggle with their wellbeing and mental health, but soldier on to the best of their ability. They're hungry to figure themselves out and are aware there's more to life than what was bestowed upon them as a kid.
