Portray our desire to change the world by helping people become entrepreneurs

We have two we are debating and are open to feedback: 1) Helping the world help entreprenuers or 2) Prosperity through Entreprenuership

We work with governments globally to create local, sustainable prosperity through entrepreneurship.

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Aquas: Empathy, compassion, clarity and precision.
Let designers make suggestions:
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.

We are looking for a minimalist design with a touch of flair or whimsy.

We have a strong preference for a website where the home page scrolls down with a series of parallel bars of info, rather than a deep site where everything has to be clicked through.

We want the home page, as mentioned above, to scroll down containing most of the info of the site in a series of horizontal bars of information. We are happy to use photography to help represent some of the concepts. Thus there will be one horizontal bar for each of the following: Services, Portfolio, About,Contact. For each of the horizontal bar sections, there will be a click through to get more detail. For the portfolio section, we would like icons/short descriptions on that section of the homepage clicking through to sub pages that carry more detailed descriptions for each portfolio example.
