Summer Camp Branding

We are one of the ministries for Cross Timbers Commuity Church.

We need our summer camp for this year branded. we want it to say "Camp 2012" and the title for this years camp is "Collide" The whole idea of Collide is what happens when your story and Gods plan Collide. we are not expecting our designers to reflect religion in any way necessarily, and there is no need for you to be religious yourself. we are just looking for creative ways to depict the idea of collision without it being a disaster. another way to look at it is: what does it look like when 2 seperate forces share the same space? another way might be: what might it look like when 2 contrasting items/objects/entities mix or blend or touch? There are several other churches that are atteding with us and they will be using the same promotional materials so please do not put the church name on the graphic. This imagery will be used to the limit (multiple print pieces, shirts, video, web,etc) and so the winner of this contest will also qualify for additional compensation for creating the pieces as we need them which could end up paying an additional $1,000. This is also what we consider to be conceptual graphic design. there are a bunch of people that can do layout design well, but it seems to be a real challenge to find quality designers that can depict an idea or concept in a way that makes sense vs just taking a stock graphic or five and staging them on a page in a way that flows well. i am attaching some designs that we have had in the past so that you can know what level of design we are accustomed to. these ARE NOT directions that we want you to go. only reference pieces for you from things we have done before.
