We are Melbourne's highest reviewed window cleaning company. Our focus is on attracting property managers and to a lesser extent home owners. We have been in business for over 10 years and have a focus and reputation for excellence. We specialise in low rise window cleaning, that is ground to 5 story buildings. We are people and service focused with the aim to be reliable and friendly.

I want a HEADER designed for the top of my website to fit in with the "Biznizz" theme designed by Woo Themes - http://www.woothemes.com/2011/01/biznizz/   And our website - www.squeakyclean.net.au

Aim of the header:
1. Immediately flag my ideal target prospect.
2. Communicate my most important benefits.
3. Give the site visitor a compelling reason to stick around (assuming they are my target market)
4. I don't want to my header to be generic but someone be personalised to reflect our staff, brand and ideals.
5. I want it to appeal to property mangers and private home owners.
6. I want the banner to say that we are the AUTHORITATIVE - TRUSTED place to come for window cleaning.

7. I want out company colours to be maintained and enhanced through this banner design.8. I would like the banner to communicate that we are the "NIKE" of window cleaning, that we are a highly polished and professional company.

8. I want our tag line to be designed into the header like this one found here http://jasonvanorden.com/ I don't want the same design just the tag line targeting our target client. The tagline that we would like to use is - Melbourne's Highest Reviewed Window Cleaning Company.

9. I would like our companies name in the header also.

10. I would like the navigation bar underneath the banner not in it. 

* Ultimately l want the brand taken to the next level, and l encourage you to come up with some truly eye popping and creative designs.

1. A maximum height of 200 pixels is recommended. I don't want header to take over the first page. But please know that if you have a great idea that needs a bit of alternation to this to accomplish the eye popping design l am happy to consider it. 
2. Please see all past designs that have made up the look and feel of our company but as l said l am not looking for a copy but a significant and modern update. I have also included pictures that are featured in various locations on the Internet, our current employees and job sites.
