We offer performance cycling classes. Participants bring their own bike and go through a progressive 6 week series of 2 classes a week designed to give them a structured workout relative to them that will increase their fitness, stamina, and confidence on the bike. We cater to triathletes, recreational cyclist, competitive cyclist as well as beginner cyclist or those people looking to increase their fitness and health through this modality

We are looking for something that appeals to professionals who take cycling as a serious hobby and want to improve age group results in competition, or bragging rights when riding with their buddies. A typical client out of these demographic may be time crunched, hold a full time job and might have family obligations. They are looking to make the most of the limited time they have available to train. We also want to appeal to the beginner who may be intimated to ride with group or on the roads at all. Someone from this demographic my be easily intimated by the technology and feel that Cycling Center Dallas is only for "elite" or serious cyclist. We would like to overcome that barrier and make people feel like it is a welcoming and accepting environment suitable for very beginners as well as experienced cyclist. We have qualified coaches to help teach and make sure no one is lost or behind. Cycling Center Dallas is a safe place to either focus on quality workouts that will result in more strength, stamina and speed on the road, as well as a place to gain skills and confidence that will result in better fitness and health as well as cycling ability. How the workouts work in a nutshell: A "Threshold" number in watts is determined for each individual and the workout that is given is varying percentages of each persons "threshold" number. This results in each person getting a challenging workout relative to them that can by measured for progress as strength and stamina improves. We are looking for something that describes what we offer(which is a unique) and appeals to these populations. This is NOT a spin class and our previous design did not do a good job of differentiating us from spin class. We are different in that we offer a specific progression that is individual as well as measurable. Participants are getting individual elite coaching and personal training, in a group environment at a group training price.   One of the obstacles we are trying to overcome is beginner level cyclist being intimidated by the experienced ones already coming, and the technology. The flyer should appeal to both demographics and make a beginner feel they can come here and be taken care of and learn more about cycling and using this activity to improve their health and fitness, even if they are not concerned with performance or competition
